This tough blade was carefully hand forged from one solid piece of lively 5160 high carbon spring steel. This piece has all the forged surface texture intact, and the near indestructible integral design guarantees this beauty to survive countless long range pack trips, deep jungle hunting trips, and even a nuclear war this blade has been fully heat treated and tempered, and is guaranteed to function flawlessly in a wide range of cutting, carving and hacking jobs. The stout integral grip has been tightly wrapped with natural brown elk hyde that gives a solid grip, is easily replaced, and absorbs moisture while working. This blade comes complete with a hand stitched and dyed leather sheath featuring double reversible horizontal belt loops. Blade length 8 inches.
