Being as they are made by hand no two knives or axes are ever exactly the same, unless you want us to make you a matching pair, then we will try our best. This australian made full tang bush knife has been made by danny. This full tang blade is made from 1084 high carbon steel, it has a caron fibre handle, which has bee finished with stainless steel pins. The blade has been edge quenched to ensure the strength is in all the places you need it. It is super sharp and being 1084 it holds its edge well. The knife is ready to go as soon as you receive it, but being high carbon steel, just keep remember to keep it oiled to ensure it doesn’t rust, we use 3 in 1 oil from bunnings, it does the job. The sheath also made by danny to custom fit this knife is also carbon fibre, with a belt clip. The knife is held securely in the sheath with a nice click. Both the knife and sheath are heavy duty and if your after something that will be used in the weather or checked in the you tool box, this is one you should be looking at. The eyelets around the sheath gives additional points you can add cord and strap to your back pack etc. Measurements for this beautiful bowie knife are. Total knife length – 270mm.
