




The roasting pan 12 is ideal for pies, meats or veggies. I have cooked everything from roasted meats to every kind of pie to sliced veggies on the grill. When cooking on the grill the short “d” handles are out of the way and allow you to still close the cover. Pies are awesome, coat the pan lightly with lard or shortening and the crust does not stick. The finish is olive oil. To clean; wash, then recoat with olive oil. This item is made of steel and pie.
