It was the first model they made to stand upright in. This trailer has been in a shed built for it, so it has been dry. A very special vintage trailer. Very clean, no leaks. Non smoker and no pets. In very nice condition. Freshly painted on the outside in soft gray, including window trim with quality, most durable exterior paint. New back panel and newly wired and new back lights. All lights in good working order. Freshly painted interior with real milk paint in soft white. Interior lights work, with fresh work on one. One newly added duplex receptacle, 120v ac. The 2 burner propane stove does work (no propane bottle). There is a place to hook up water hose under the front of the trailer that then goes to the sink. Place for a drain hose. Plug in electrical on outside of trailer. All drawers intact and freshly reinforced and painted. New door handle and key but left interior latch as is. Inside freshly painted with non-toxic real milk based paint in soft white. The final flooring has not been installed. The vent has not been painted. Bill of sale only. Trailer length is 10′ 8. Width is 6′ 8. From ground to tallest point, but not quite. Tows very nicely you will need a longer receiver hitch due to the tongue. It is a 1 7/8 ball.
